Are you willing and able to commit to the following?Note: This is VERY important!!! If you have ANY doubts about being able to follow through with these requirements, you may want to reconsider your application.

Keep in mind that most MEPSA Shows are HUGE, with average attendance of 30 entrants and thousands of photographs!! Most likely you WILL be bombarded with entries and holding a Qualifier will definitely impact your regular schedule!!

1. We would like to have each show's judging completed within two weeks of the show date, and the photos and full results sent out within two weeks after that. Will you be able to do this? ______Yes _______No

2. Full results are required to be sent to each entrant and the MEPSA secretary. Do you have the capacity to create full results in the time frame suggested? Please keep in mind the average MEPSA Qualifier generates 9-10 pages of results (5-two sided sheets of 8-1/2 x 11, 10 point type). Typewritten or computer-generated copy is a requirement. ______Yes _______No

3. Many times the show fees will be paid by the entrants in the form of personal checks made out to the judge. Are you able to cash personal checks? ______Yes _______No

4. Are you able to get to a post office near you for mailing of SASEs?(Federal Law requires the hand-delivery of letters/parcels weighing 16 ounces or more, many photo show entries weigh that and more). Sometimes there are overseas entrants that will need special forms filled out as well. ______Yes _______No

The MEPSA Mission Statement
